This Survivor 2 Contest is a fantasy football skill game in which you pick one player every week from a pro football team. You cannot pick more than one player from the same pro football team during the Contest. Your player must accumulate at least 25 points each week (see point-scoring rules below) in order for you to advance to the next week and continue to be eligible to win the $2,000.00 cash grand prize. Even if you don't advance and, therefore, don't remain eligible for the $2,000.00 cash grand prize in the Survivor Bracket, you are still eligible to win one of 10 cash prizes in the Points Bracket by accumulating points throughout the Contest. The Points Bracket has over $2,000.00 in cash prizes, including a $1,000.00 first place cash prize.

The Contest officially begins on Thursday, October 10, 2013 and ends with the final pro football game on the last day of the regular season, Sunday, December 29, 2013. Entries will be accepted until 11:55 AM CT on Sunday, October 13, 2013, but you will not be able to pick players from the game between New York and Chicago on October 10th unless you enter and pick your player from one of those teams by 7:25 PM CT on that day.

When a player you pick fails to get 25 points (including 12 points awarded for a team victory) in a week, you will be eliminated from the Survivor Bracket, but you will still be able to compete for a prize in the Points Bracket. All players continuously compete in the Points Bracket through the last game of the regular season on Sunday, December 29, 2013 and will be ranked at the end of the Contest based on the total points accumulated for all weeks of the Contest. The top 10 finishers in the Points Bracket will all earn cash prizes.

So, there are two ways to win cash prizes! The Survivor Bracket has a $2,000.00 cash grand prize. The Points Bracket has over $2,000.00 in total cash prizes and 10 cash prize winners!

NEW THIS YEAR! If you survive every week through the last week of the regular season on Sunday, December 29, 2013 you will automatically win one FREE entry in the Division Collision™ Contest and one FREE entry in the Four Quarters™ Contest, both of which begin during the pro football playoffs in January, 2014.

Player Positions

You may only select Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Wide Receivers or Tight Ends. Player positions are assigned by The Roto Times and CDM Sports, in their sole discretion, and do not change during the season. Players' positions and players' teams will remain the same for the entire Contest. Players traded to another professional team during the season cannot be selected after being traded.

Locking of Player Selections

On Sundays at 11:55 AM CT, your pick is locked for the week. For Thursday games, the deadline for picking a player who is playing in a game on Thursday is 5 minutes prior to the first game played that day.
